Can you set up at schools and churches?
Yes. Schools and churches are some of our most common large events. We carry full liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance on request, which most venues require.
Are you insured?
Yes, every event is backed by full liability insurance, with proof available on request.
How much space do we need?
It depends on your crowd size. Smaller gatherings work with a 20x20 ft area, while larger events may need a field-sized space. We'll help you figure out the right footprint when you tell us your expected headcount.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We've set up for groups ranging from 50 to 500+. For very large festivals or multi-hour events, we can bring multiple cannons and extra attendants.
Can we add extra foam machines or hours?
Yes. Additional cannons and extended run time are both available and get factored into your custom quote.
How does large-event pricing work?
Large-event pricing depends on crowd size, event length, setup requirements, and any add-ons like colored or glow foam. Tell us what you're planning through the form below and we'll build a custom quote.
What happens if weather affects the event?
Light rain doesn't stop a foam event. We don't operate during lightning, thunderstorms, or high winds, and we'll work with you to reschedule at no charge if severe weather forces a change.
How far in advance should we book a large event?
As early as possible, ideally 4 to 6 weeks out for school, church, or festival dates, since those calendars fill up fast in peak season.
